Refund policy

  • Please note that due to the intimate nature of lingerie, certain items such as panties and bodysuits are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

    • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned package.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
